Pet & Family Photographer in Brisbane

Hello everyone.

My name is Pam Hart,  I’m a pet and family photographer in Brisbane who specialises in capturing the emotion of those special moments in life. I love spending time with friends, my pets (2 Brittanys, a Border Collie and 2 alpacas) and, most of all, my family. I’m lucky to have a loving and supportive partner, 8 amazing children and children-in-law, and I’m an active and doting Nanna to 8 adorable grandchildren.

I’ve had a camera in my hand since my early teenage years, mainly photographing wildlife, flowers and landscapes, which is what led me to become the designated family photographer. I always seemed to be in the right place at the right time to capture all of those special events and precious memories.  Over the years, photography has become my absolute passion (as well as game fishing…actually, any kind of fishing, but game fishing is my all-time favourite!)

 What I love most about photography is that those images are a direct link to our past and soon become family treasures that we can hand down through the generations. In fact, some of my most cherished possessions are the only 2 professional photos ever taken of my parents. I’m sure your family is the most important thing in the world to you too, so it’s important you capture those memories to treasure and hold close to your heart for the rest of your life.  I appreciate that most of us have phones with cameras we can use to take quick snapshots, but my aim is to create something truly unique and beautiful to remember those special moments in time. Photographs you can proudly display in your home and share with your family and friends. 

 

I’m also aware that some people dread having their photo taken, but fortunately, I have a natural knack for building rapport with people of all ages and backgrounds. I can easily settle babies into the right setting for that perfect newborn photograph and just as quickly put elderly people at ease to help bring out their true personality. I also have lots of tricks to find just the right pose for family pets, animals and other tricky subjects.

And rest assured, I’m completely up-to-date with all vaccines (including whooping cough) and hold a current blue card.
